Where do we deliver to?
We currently deliver throughout Germany and Austria.

Free Shipping
We now offer free shipping on all orders in Germany and Austria. All orders are shipped via DHL. Free shipping applies only to new purchases and does not apply to previous purchases or returns.

Processing and shipping time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once the order has been shipped, delivery can take up to 4-6 business days.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Damaged packages

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@inna-mode.de Please provide details and photos of the problem. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

SECTION 6 - REFUSE DELIVERY

If a package is delivered to your doorstep or left at a post office, Inna Mode has covered the delivery costs. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the delivery service, and we are entitled to deduct €15 from the amount you receive as compensation.

SECTION 7 - RETURN POLICY

At Inna Mode, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be times when you need to return a product or request a refund. Below, we have outlined our policies to make the process as smooth as possible.

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refill fee:
We do not charge any fees for refills.

Shipping costs for defective products:

If the customer has purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or they no longer want the product, the customer bears the actual costs for the return shipping.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
