Right of withdrawal

At Inna Mode, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be times when you need to return a product or request a refund. Below, we have outlined our policies to make the process as smooth as possible.

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return policy:

  • You can return products within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.

Here's how to initiate a return :

  2. Pack your item securely, including all original packaging, and affix the RA number to the outside of the package.
  3. Send the package to the address indicated with the RA number.

Damaged or defective items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@inna-mode.de . We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by providing a replacement or issuing a refund. Please contact our support team immediately with the following information:

  • Your reference number
  • Which element is damaged?
  • A description
  • Photographic evidence

I received the wrong item:
If you receive the wrong item, please don't worry. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Please contact our support team immediately and provide us with the following information:

  • Your reference number
  • The name of the received element
  • A photo of the item you received

Refill fee:
We do not charge any fees for refills.

Shipping costs for defective products:
If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective, there are no return shipping costs.

Shipping costs in case of customer dissatisfaction:
If the customer has purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or they no longer want the product, the customer bears the actual costs for the return shipping.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations:
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, our standard return policy applies.
