Every effort is made to ship your order as quickly as possible. Processing time is 1 to 2 days (Monday to Friday) and shipping time is 4 to 6 days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after 12 noon, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is delivered, you have at least 30 days to test the scooter. If you are not satisfied, you can simply return the product without giving a reason. Cancellation policy
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible after the 15-minute deadline. Your order will be saved in our warehouse system and prepared for shipment.
Returning items
All our customers have return shipping costs, which can vary.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased item(s) in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), you will be refunded the purchase price.
All returns must be registered through our customer service department.
I received a defective item!
If you have received a defective item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

- Which item is damaged
- A description
- Photographic evidence
If your package was damaged upon delivery, please take a photo as proof and send it directly to customer service.
All claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof of damage from a customer service representative, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.
I received the wrong item
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide us with the following information:

- The description of the undelivered shipment
- The description of the received item
- A photo of the item you received
Exchange of products!
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your product, we advise you to return it first and then reorder the correct item from us.
Rejection of an order
If you refuse an order during delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping and processing costs. Return shipping costs are €10 per order plus €15.49 for delivery to Shenzhen.
If a shipment is taken to a collection point (after you have not been at home) and you have not collected it within the agreed time frame, this will be treated as a rejection of the order.
